Noticeboard

We are open on Good Friday and Easter Monday.

Please do not come into the surgery unless you have a pre-booked appointment.

To book an appointment, please use the DoctorLink symptom checker. This will e-mail us an outcome and the surgery will call you to offer an appointment if appropriate.

To request a prescription please e-mail us at Ricccg.TPSPrescriptions@nhs.net, please do not order more than you need.

For any other queries please either call reception on 0208 892 1991 or e-mail us at Ricccg.TwickenhamParkSurgery@nhs.net.

If you need to drop something into us, please use letter box to the left of the front gate.

If we have a printed prescription that you need to collect, please phone or e-mail and we will send it to the chemist of your choice.

Please consider signing up for electronic services to minimise contact. All our contact details and on-line services can be accessed through our website.

Home Visits

Doctor's bagWhilst we encourage our patients to come to the surgery, where we have the proper equipment and facilities available, we do appreciate this is not always possible. In this respect, if you do need a home visit, you can help us by calling reception before 10:30.

You may only request a home visit if you are housebound or are too ill to visit the practice. Your GP will only visit you at home if they think that your medical condition requires it and will also decide how urgently a visit is needed. Please bear this in mind and be prepared to provide suitable details to enable the doctor to schedule house calls

You can also be visited at home by a community nurse if you are referred by your GP. You should also be visited at home by a health visitor if you have recently had a baby or if you are newly registered with a GP and have a child under five years.
